What support is provided?

We provide unlimited support for our kits via the customer support portal on the website for as long as you own the product.

In addition to extensive installation documentation provided with our products customers also get access to a dedicated area of the support portal where additional technical information is available.

Customers also get access to our premium dedicated support service via the ticket system here in the support portal.

Please note however that support is only provided via the helpdesk. We do not offer telephone support or provide support via other channels, for example Messenger or Email support requests received by those channels will most likely not get picked up as they are not monitored.
