Order status

How can I check my order status?

Order statuses are emailed to you when your order changes status. If you have not received any emails relating to your purchase please check your spam folder.

To check the status of your order on the website, log in to your account using the login link at the top of the main website.

(You can click the Joe Blow logo to go back to the main site.)

Log in using the details you provided at checkout.

Once logged in you will see the login link has changed to the account name you created at checkout.

Hovering on this link will show a drop down menu that links to your profile, your orders and your delivery address.

Order status information including tracking info is displayed in your orders.
